As global health concerns grow due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to personally assure you that we at Reservoir Group are doing everything we can to support you and your business while never losing sight of our number one priority—the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities we work in.
During this time, we are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments, adhering to governmental and municipal guidelines to take the necessary steps that protect people and ensure business continuity for our customers.
Here’s a bit of what we are doing at Reservoir Group to keep our employees, customers, and communities safe. Eliminating or rescheduling nonessential planned travel and event attendance; providing flexibility for employees to work remote when that’s possible and needed; daily updates to our staff regarding health and wellness tips provided by the health authorities such as CDC and WHO; requiring self-isolation for individuals that experience flu-like symptoms and/or travel from high risk locations; proactive preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities; and when required, eliminated outside visitors to our facilities.

- Digital and Remote Servicing: Our back office and business support functions are nearly 100% Cloud-based giving us tremendous flexibility to operate in remote and distributed environments.
- Regular Briefings and Updates: We are doing all we can to keep our employees healthy and available for work by ensuring they are informed and an active part of the solution; we continue to monitor the COVID-19 spread and implications and communicate our findings and actions to be timely and transparent. We are following recommendations from major global health agencies such as the CDC and WHO.
- Available For Questions and Consultation: We are available 24/7 with multiple channels to connect with us including: reservoirgroup.com and email@example.com. We understand that plans may be fluid and require adjustment and we intend to be as flexible as possible to resourcing and supporting your efforts—communication is key to working through and adapting to the changes.
